All prices are subject to change at any time.

Renter/Rentee is required to pay a damage deposit at time of rental agreement. Damage deposit will be returned after scheduled event has ended and inspection of the property and its contents has occurred and is found in satisfactory condition. In the event damages have occurred to the property or its contents the cost of such will be deducted from damage depot monies. In the event that damage cost are over and above the amount of the damage deposit the renter/rentee will be liable for those damages and as per rental agreement will pay for accrued damages within 30 days of rental date.

All guests of the renter/rentee are expected to follow all venue rules and regulations of ‘Guenther Farms Wedding, Event and Arts Center’, upon failure to do so those peoples will be removed from said property.
